Fashion for Skaters

       We are excited to announce our first fund raiser on  March 3, 2007 was a huge success.  We held the luncheon fashion show at Burning Tree Country Club in Greenwich, Connecticut. We were fortunate to be sponsored by Westchester Periodontics and Dental Implants along with Larchmont Orthodontics.  Their support enabled us to have this exciting event.  The money gained from the fashion show was donated to an organization named Figure Skating in Harlem.  At the fashion show there was a raffle and lunch for all who attended.  Formal wear for the fashion show included black tie dresses from A Step Ahead, along with skating dresses from Skaters Landing, and fashions from (knoyzz). (knoyzz) has stores in New Canaan, CT; Westport, CT; Rye Brook, NY; Mount Kisco, NY; and recently opened in Greenwich, CT. All models were
accessorized with beautiful jewelry from Silpalda. For all who attended thank you and we hope you  enjoyed the afternoon as much as we did.

Golf Outings

        In the fall of 2007 & 2008 Pics & Edges hosted two golf outings at local courses.  At the outings raffles were held as well as fun games on the golf course such as "closest to the pin" and "longest drive".  They were fun and creative ways to raise money and awareness for Figure Skating in Harlem.  This fall 2009 the golf outing will be held at the beautiful Sterling Farms Golf Course in Stamford, Ct.  We are all very excited and hoping to provide Figure Skating in Harlem with another generous donation.
